Much like the recent storm swept through the northwest the previous evening, the home side swept the visitors aside at the Etihad. It was a statement 3-0 win for Andrée Jeglertz’s side due to goals from Knaak, Shaw and Hemp. It was a display that firmly established their title credentials as they strengthened their standing at the league summit.

Consecutive Defeats for Manchester United
